Episode 02 (1B): My story

here I share my own health story, albeit a somewhat shortened version. I needed to start somewhere! so I summarized my “before a year ago” self and then shared a bit about my journey over the past year which is what really brought me to the point of starting my own business and starting this podcast. I look forward to sharing my own Health Wealth in future episodes! I’m still working on some technical issues too, I have no worries though, I will figure it all out at some point :-)
